For example, a cleaning, you get charged 4 times because you have 4 quadrants in your mouth. And they try to tack on additional work that may or may not have been performed. I would give a minus 10 if I could. They also will pull the hygienist out of the room in the middle of your cleaning to help a new patient, leaving you sit there. God forbid they make the new patient wait!! I'm sorry but my time is just as valuable......
